Originally scored for solo soprano, this favorite by Fauré is arranged for SSA voices in a lower key, making it more accessible for all SSA choirs from middle school through college and beyond. Choral directors are encouraged to sing Pie Jesu at a tempo that would allow students to sing the phrases musically. Blessed Lord Jesus, give them rest everlasting (translation).
