How do I purchase music?
- Browse our selection of School, Sacred, and Holiday chorals.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to add PDF files to your online shopping cart.
- "View Cart" shows the contents of your shopping cart.
- Click "View Cart", then “Continue” to purchase items using your credit card or Paypal® account.
- After verification, you will receive a link via e-mail for each purchased item.
- Click to download your PDF files.
- Make as many copies as needed for your choir or orchestra.
Am I required to have a Paypal® account to make a purchase?
No, not at all! You may use either your credit card or Paypal® account to purchase. However, Paypal® creates a more secure transaction, as you do not need to enter your credit card number directly on an order form. For more information, see the Paypal® website.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do! Submit your PO either electronically or via US Mail. Please send the titles and publication numbers of the desired files and include your e-mail address to earlenerentz@yahoo.com, so that we can send you your music quickly. If you need to send a hard copy, please send to the following address:

Please allow a few days for receipt and processing. Please be sure to provide your e-mail address on your purchase order form for prompt electronic delivery.
I cannot use a credit card or PO. What should I do?
Send the name of the purchased files and the publication numbers to earlenerentz@yahoo.com, and Earlene will immediately send you an invoice for your purchase. Send a check from your school or church to the address on the invoice.
Do you collect sales tax on purchases?
Kentucky customers pay 6% sales tax on all purchases. We do not collect sales tax for other states or countries.
My school purchases are tax-exempt. What do I need to do?
Kentucky Residents:
- Send your Sales Tax Exemption Number, a copy of your institution’s Letter of Exemption, and a completed Purchase Exemption Certificate (51A-126) by mail to Earlene Rentz Online Publications,
P. O. Box 263,
Lancaster, KY 40444, or electronically to earlenerentz@yahoo.com. Mark “blanket” permission in the upper right hand corner, and the number will be kept on file with Earlene Rentz Online Publications.
- Contact earlenerentz@yahoo.com, stating titles, publication numbers, and voicings of desired items, and we will send you an invoice. Remit to Earlene Rentz Online Publications and we will send your order.
School refund policies
Teachers: Check your school district's refund policies--purchase using a credit card then obtain a refund from your school district. Ask your school officials how it works in your district.
What is the download file format?
All downloads are in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print them. You can obtain a FREE copy of Acrobat Reader here.
Do you sell printed copies?
Earlene Rentz Online Publications is entirely online, and printed choral octavos are not available.
Will I receive a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive a separate email with your invoice ID and a receipt from Paypal® listing your purchases and payment details. We encourage you to print this and keep it for your records.
Can I hear a sample of the music and see the lyrics?
Each choral publication has a descriptive page featuring a short sample of the piece using simulated voices. Just click on the link and listen! Complete lyrics are also available as a PDF document.

What is a Rehearsal Preparation Sheet (RPS)?
Earlene Rentz developed REHEARSAL PREPARATION SHEETS (RPS) to assist students in learning music FASTER in rehearsals. Students sing through the RPS sheets before they begin rehearsal on a piece. Download these free PDF documents using the link labeled "RPS Available" or add to your shopping cart when you purchase your online publication.
How many copies may I make?
Choral directors may make unlimited copies of each choral publication for use by your choir ensemble in rehearsal and performance. Making additional copies for others is a violation of our copyright. Thank you for respecting the copyright law.
What is your policy on returns?
Choral directors may listen to an electronically generated excerpt of the piece they are considering for purchase, but because it is an artistic online product, the general policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you download a piece of music, and are displeased with the product, please do not hesitate to call Earlene at (859) 339-2802, or write her at earlenerentz@yahoo.com to discuss other options.
When do you release new music?

What if the download fails?
You will have up to 5 tries within the next 5 days after you complete your purchase to download your files. If you experience a problem during the download process, just click again on the link provided in the email you receive after your purchase is completed. If you still have a problem with the download, contact us at earlenerentz@yahoo.com.
